Easy to cook
Four simple steps
Add 2 tbsp of masala to 500 g of boneless chicken, or boiled aloo, soyabean or chana.
Mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
Deep fry or shallow fry until cooked.
Serve hot with onions and lemon, and enjoy!
